Mike Seltzer Jewelers is absolutely top notch. I won a gift certificate in a Facebook giveaway, and chose to use it to have my engagement ring and wedding bands sized and soldered together. I brought in my rings on a Thursday, and got a call on that Saturday that they were already done! I couldn't believe how fast they were ready. My ring is perfect, and beautiful. AND, to top it off, I received a hand written Thank You card in the mail from Mr. Seltzer. You just don't see that anymore, and it really touched me. I won something for free in a giveaway, yet he still treated me no differently than someone who had just spent hundreds or thousands of dollars in his store. I would most definitely recommend Mike Seltzer Jewelers to anyone and everyone. Mr. Seltzer is a class act.

My husband bought my wedding ring from Mike almost 7 yrs ago. A few weeks ago I woke up to my main diamond missing and I cried all day trying to find it! I took the ring in and Mike fixed it by replacing the diamond for me at no charge! Such a great place and great customer service.

My wedding ring had split at the bottom, probably not a good sign now that I think about it. I took it to the mall to have it looked at and was told it would cost $250 to repair. I told them not to fix it and a friend recommended me to Mike. Not only did he fix it for less than half of what the mall had quoted me, he did it rather quickly, and it looks better than when I bought it. I'll never go anywhere else for anything jewelry related again. Thanks Mike!!!!!!

I went in yesterday to drop my wedding rings off to get sized and soldered together and was told it would be 3 days, got a call this morning before they were even open to tell me that my ring was ready to pick up. I was excited! So happy they got it finished so quickly! Looks beautiful and I am very happy! Great customer service! Thank you!

Love the Beautiful work Mike Seltzer has done for my mothers ring. Its a custom piece and super reasonable price and i can take it and my other rings to be cleaned anytime. He has also helped with my wedding ring when i was having trouble with stones. Thank you Mike for always going above and beyond!!!

Best jewelry store in Wichita! I asked Mike to make me a custom design piece from my grandmothers wedding ring! It turned out AMAZING!

I had an amazing experience at Mike Seltzer Jewelers along with my mother-in-law, we can’t recommend Mike more!! Not only was the staff helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, but Mike was always checking in on us and worked with us to find the best deal and best ring choices for both of us. I got an amazing deal on a gorgeous diamond wedding band for my anniversary and my MIL bought a new wedding ring, switched out her old diamond into the new setting and traded the old setting for a discount towards a pair of gorgeous opal and diamond earrings. She lives in TX and Mike is shipping her new ring to her, I don’t think she’ll ever ring shop in TX again. Quality products, professional & knowledgeable staff, affordable prices for high end jewelry, best jeweler in town!

They do a great job! My wife's ring, that we didn't buy from there, had lost a diamond from the halo part. They fixed it quickly and economically priced. Thanks!

Mike has helped me pick out a number of items, his taste is a lot better than mine, my wife so far has loved every single selection he helped with, he looked at my ring and went "I have just the one for you" and pulled out an affordable set of earrings and told me if i had any issues to just come on back. I'm sure it sounds corny, but "my friend in the jewelry business" is Mike

I had a great experience here! I was in and out within 10 minutes. they had just the ring my wife was wanting for our anniversary! they gave me a discount off the original price that was very fair so I didn't even negotiate, everybody deserves to make a profit. I will definitely be back again.

Got my anniversary present here. Very friendly and patient staff. The jewelry is good quality and authentic.

Mike and his team offer amazing customer service and they have amazing inventory. Their store is easy to get to find as well. I would recommend stopping in there to see their great jewelry and use their services for any jewelry repair.
